The linear motor places neodymium magnets inside a stainless shaft and surrounds them with a cylindrical coil, producing direct linear force without gears or a ball screw. This non-contact structure supports smooth low-speed motion, minimal cogging and positioning governed by the external encoder. Standard motor diameters, long-gap variants and integrated stages allow machine builders to configure travel, force, resolution and control around each mechanism.
