About China Northern Rare Earth

China Northern Rare Earth operates across light rare-earth feedstocks, magnetic alloys and downstream magnet ventures in Baotou. In 2025 it reported 100,000 tonnes of annual magnetic-alloy capacity and completion of a 5,000-tonne-per-year rare-earth permanent-magnet project through Antai North, while a further 50,000-tonne alloy expansion remained under construction.

The group is also a long-term raw-material supplier to JL MAG. Its robotics exposure extends into magnet projects aimed at robot and intelligent-equipment demand and research on miniature permanent-magnet motors for humanoids. Those programmes sit inside a diversified listed materials group and do not establish a delivered humanoid component or named robot customer.
