Yantai Zhenghai Magnetic Material Co., Ltd. (ZHmag) manufactures sintered NdFeB permanent-magnet materials and components. Its production process spans raw-material preparation, melting, powder processing, pressing, sintering, machining, surface treatment and magnetizing, with five manufacturing facilities in China and subsidiaries in Germany, Japan, South Korea and the United States.
ZHmag's ZHOFP, TOPS and THRED processes target reduced heavy-rare-earth use, consistency and high-temperature performance. Its magnets serve vehicle, wind-power, elevator, appliance, automation and electronics applications. In September 2026, the company said high-precision micro-magnet orders for an unnamed global humanoid-robot customer had entered production, while noting that robotics remained a small contributor to overall results.
