About NS World Co., Ltd.
NS World produces bonded and sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnets alongside ferrite, aluminium-nickel-cobalt and samarium-cobalt products. It also formulates resin-based magnetic compounds used in injection-moulded and compression-bonded components. These materials support compact motors, sensors, encoders and other electromechanical assemblies where magnetic strength, geometry and temperature performance must be balanced.
The Cheongju company reports annual production capacity of about 400 tonnes. Its current legal corporation was founded in 2013, while its official history traces the operating business to 2007. Korea DRE completed its acquisition on 5 January 2026, making NS World an indirect wholly owned subsidiary within the acquiring group.

NS World produces bonded magnets from NdPr alloy; KCM manufactures NdFeB powder for permanent magnets. The group’s preliminary accounting recorded consideration of US$12.006 million for NS World and US$12.421 million for KCM. The same roll-up included Handa Lab and KMMI, combining monitoring technology with magnet and critical-materials businesses.
