About HaptX
HaptX develops haptic systems for virtual reality, training and robotic teleoperation. HaptX Gloves G1 combine microfluidic smart textiles with hundreds of skin actuators, finger force feedback and submillimetre hand tracking to reproduce texture, size, rigidity and resistance.
The gloves support hands-on training for surgery, manufacturing, materials handling and equipment maintenance, and can provide tactile feedback when controlling robotic systems. HaptX also supplies the glove layer used in whole-body systems that combine touch, locomotion and motion capture.
