About Inser Robótica
Inser designs production cells around the customer’s product flow, combining conveyors, grouping equipment, case forming and sealing, robotic packing, palletising, depalletising, wrapping, strapping and labelling. Machine vision is integrated for inspection, guidance and quality control, while AGVs and AMRs connect production equipment to warehouse and dispatch processes.
Mechanical design, electrical engineering, programming, assembly and factory testing are completed within the company before installation. Inser also provides line monitoring, remote diagnostics, maintenance and retrofit services through its after-sales organisation. This delivery model supports both individual robot cells and complete end-of-line projects for food, beverage, consumer-goods and industrial manufacturers.

The project applies Inser Robotica automation to the passport-production end-of-line workflow. The customer is Spain’s Fabrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre. The award extends Inser Robotica work in automated handling and production-line completion.

The system processes up to 40 boxes per minute and is designed around a 2,500 by 1,800 millimetre footprint. Integrated scanners support safe operation near staff while reducing repetitive manual loading. The design targets FMCG packaging lines and can adapt to different case-erector equipment.

Helios2 generated 3D point clouds used to segment boxes and calculate their positions on mixed pallets. Inser Robotica mounted the camera on the robot and used custom software for camera-to-robot calibration and unloading-sequence planning. The system operated in dusty and humid logistics conditions using the camera's IP67 housing.
