  • 2026-03-30 - Product Launch - US Digital expands L2 low-profile encoder to 5,000 CPR

    The updated range reaches 5,000 cycles per revolution, equivalent to 20,000 pulses per revolution with quadrature. The encoder supports 12 shaft sizes from 2–8 mm and 1/8–5/16 inch and mounts to NEMA 17 through NEMA 34 and larger motors. Lower resolutions continue to use the EM1 optical module while higher-resolution variants use the EM2; the expanded range became available for worldwide shipping immediately.
