• 2026-10-07 - Capability - AVerMedia and Stereolabs integrate JetPack 7.2 support for ZED X vision

  AVerMedia handles board-specific device trees, driver generation and validation, while Stereolabs maintains camera firmware, image processing and the ZED SDK. Reproducible Debian packages retain the driver, device tree, installation flow and kernel code used in production. Drivers can be regenerated for required JetPack and Linux versions; JetPack 7.2 also adds Yocto support for reproducible software images.

  D137 Lynx is positioned for UAVs, D317 Jaguar for AMRs, and D333 Panther for humanoids. The D137 carrier supports Jetson Orin Nano and Orin NX in a 90 × 60 mm, 50 g format. AVerMedia offers Standard and PREEMPT_RT-based Real-Time board-support packages for timing-sensitive robot workloads.

  The platform combines SiMa.ai's Modalix MLSoC and Palette Neat software with AVerMedia embedded hardware. SiMa.ai states 50 TOPS of AI compute at under 10 watts for the integrated configuration. Availability began with the announcement; the 27 August Drone Seminar remained a separately scheduled showcase.

• 2025-12-02 - Partnership - AVerMedia integrates RealSense depth vision into SenseEdge robotics kits

  SenseEdge combines AVerMedia Jetson carrier hardware with RealSense depth cameras. The integrated kits target humanoids, AMRs, delivery robots and mobile manipulation. The companies announced the integration on 2 December 2025.

• 2025-06-05 - Partnership - AVerMedia and Stereolabs demonstrate multi-camera robot vision

  The partners demonstrated a hybrid AI vision system at NVIDIA GTC Paris 2025 for AMRs, warehouse navigation and humanoid robots. AVerMedia D315AOB edge system and Stereolabs GMSL expansion hardware supported up to eight synchronized two-megapixel camera streams. The integration packaged multi-camera capture with real-time inference to reduce the engineering required for dense robot perception.

  The custom carrier board supports GMSL cameras for navigation-related vision processing. AVerMedia's work includes board-support software optimization and purpose-built embedded-system manufacturing. The March 2025 announcement supported Serve's plan to deploy 2,000 U.S. robots by year-end.

• 2022-08-10 - Product Launch - AVerMedia releases Jetson AGX Orin D315 systems

  The D315 family became available to order in August 2022 across development-system, box-PC and carrier-board formats. AVerMedia paired the platform with the 32 GB Jetson AGX Orin module, providing up to 275 TOPS of edge-AI compute. A high-speed camera connector and production-module path targeted autonomous mobile robots and other vision-heavy robotics applications.

  AVerMedia common shares began trading on the Taiwan Stock Exchange on September 11, 2000. The company trades under stock code 2417 after first entering Taiwan over-the-counter trading in May 1997. The listing established public-market reporting for a video-technology manufacturer that later expanded into embedded vision and edge AI.
