Axia80

Axia80 is ATI Industrial Automation’s six-axis force/torque sensor family for measuring contact loads at a robot wrist or tool. The sensor resolves forces and torques across three axes in an 80 mm housing, with M8, M20 and M50 configurations covering different load ranges. Kits include a robot interface plate, cables and a power supply.

EtherCAT, Ethernet and RS422 interface options connect the sensor to control systems. The EtherCAT M20 configuration streams readings at 8 kHz with less than one millisecond of latency, supporting synchronised motion control. Its aluminium housing keeps the sensor mass to 0.30 kg, and an IP64 interface plate protects against dust and splashes.
