SensONE Gen A

SensONE Gen A is Bota Systems’ six-axis force-and-torque sensor family for robot wrists and tooling. The T5 measures 48 mm in diameter by 32 mm high, while the T15 measures 70 mm by 35 mm; both are listed at approximately 240 g. The T5 ranges are 400 N on X/Y, 500 N on Z, 5 Nm around X/Y and 8 Nm around Z. The T15 raises these to 500 N, 1,200 N, 15 Nm and 12 Nm respectively.

Both variants sample at up to 3,800 Hz and include a six-degree-of-freedom IMU. Industrial versions provide Ethernet, serial and USB communication; EtherCAT versions provide In/Out connections and USB commissioning. The B4LP connector and FT Stack software support installation, configuration, taring and gravity compensation. The shop offers selectable interfaces and ranges, with calibration documentation available separately.
