About CS620
CS620 is Elite Robots’ six-axis collaborative arm with a 20 kg payload and 1,800 mm reach for handling, machine tending and palletizing. The 60 kg arm provides ±0.1 mm repeatability, IP65 protection as standard and optional IP68 protection. Its 2025 datasheet gives a typical TCP speed of 2.0 m/s.
Two wrist connectors provide different power options: an eight-pin interface supplies configurable 0, 12 or 24 V power, while a separate four-pin connection supplies 24 V at up to 5 A for end effectors. The standard controller provides configurable safety I/O and industrial-network connections; an OEM controller is available for custom installations. Python scripting, graphical programming and hand-guided teaching support cell setup. Palletizing installations can combine the arm with Elite’s CP base and application-specific tooling.

- Elite Robots announces CS620 and EC64-19 European showcase at Automatica 2023
2023-06-14 - Product Launch - The planned European debut paired the CS620’s 20 kg payload and 1,800 mm reach with a 5 A tool-power connection. EC64-19 provided a 1,900 mm reach for inspection and measurement across larger parts; the exhibition was scheduled for 27–30 June in Munich. Partner demonstrations also used a separate CS66 with Scantech Simscan and NEXOS AIR for automated metrology.

2023-05-20 - Product Launch - The arm combined a 1,800 mm reach with an additional four-pin, 5 A tool-power output for demanding end effectors. Its CS software platform offered Python scripting, plug-ins and configurable I/O for cell integration. EASTEC ran on 16–18 May in West Springfield, Massachusetts; the manufacturer’s release appeared on 20 May 2023.
