About AUBO-i20
AUBO-i20 is a six-axis collaborative arm for heavier material movement, palletising, machine tending and assembly cells. Floor, wall or ceiling mounting lets an integrator arrange the arm around conveyors and equipment, while Ethernet, Modbus, Profinet and optional Ethernet/IP connect the controller to industrial systems. SDK support includes C++, C#, Lua, Python and JavaScript, alongside ROS and ROS 2 integration.
The arm carries 20 kilograms across a 1,650-millimetre working radius and weighs about 63 kilograms. Repeatability is plus or minus 0.05 millimetres, maximum tool speed is 2.6 metres per second and typical program power is about 1,000 watts. The enclosure is IP54 and the arm is classified for ISO 14644-1 Class 5 cleanrooms. Collaborative use still requires an application risk assessment, suitable end tooling and speed, force and separation limits for the installed cell.
