AUBO-i20

AUBO-i20 is a six-axis collaborative arm for heavier material handling, palletising and machine-loading cells. It carries up to 20 kg over a 1,650 mm working radius, with floor, wall or ceiling mounting allowing an integrator to arrange the arm around conveyors and production equipment. Grippers, carried parts and other wrist-mounted equipment must fit within the permitted load and centre-of-gravity limits.

The i20 belongs to AUBO’s commercially supplied i-series and uses a separate controller and teach pendant. Its current arm manual covers AUBO-CB-iS compatibility, installation, maintenance and the stronger foundation requirements associated with heavier loads. Earlier CB-M installations have their own documentation. The arm’s IP54 enclosure and motion controls form part of a complete cell whose tooling, process and collaborative safety configuration are assessed together.
