CS530H

Elite Robots’ CS530H is a five-axis collaborative industrial arm specialised for vertical case handling and end-of-line palletising. The 58-kilogram manipulator carries 30 kilograms through a 1,522-millimetre radius, repeats positions to ±0.1 millimetres and reaches a typical tool-centre-point speed of four metres per second. Its five-axis layout omits a joint that many palletising paths do not require.

The arm is IP65 as standard and can be ordered with IP68 protection. Tool connections provide configurable digital and analogue I/O plus RS485 communication. Elite’s CP530H system adds a fixed or telescopic column, controller, pendant and vacuum tooling; its 2,300-millimetre maximum stacking height belongs to the telescopic system configuration and is not the arm’s reach. Cell safety and throughput depend on the complete installed package.
