AUBO-i7

AUBO-i7 is a six-axis collaborative arm for compact assembly, material-handling and machine-loading cells. It combines a 7 kg payload with a 786.5 mm working radius, providing more lifting capacity within a shorter reach than the i5. The arm can be mounted at different angles to fit production fixtures and equipment layouts, with task-specific grippers or process tools attached to its wrist.

The commercially supplied i-series separates the robot arm from its controller and teach pendant. Current i7 documentation pairs the arm with the AUBO-CB-iS controller family and provides installation, maintenance and load-limit instructions. Its IP54 enclosure and Class 5 cleanroom classification describe the arm, while the completed cell’s safety and suitability depend on tooling, workpieces and the integrator’s application assessment.
