Random Mixed Palletizing System
About
About Random Mixed Palletizing System
AWL Random Mixed Palletizing automates mixed-SKU pallet building for operations handling cartons with changing dimensions and weights. The system evaluates each incoming package within the developing pallet and chooses a placement that balances density, stability and flexibility without relying on a fixed stack recipe.
The integrated cell combines robotics, end-of-arm tooling, machine vision, industrial AI and automation software. AWL states performance of up to 400 picks and places per hour while building dense, stable mixed-package stacks without prior knowledge of the incoming load.
