About
About StackOrder
Bastian Solutions’ StackOrder is a standard robotic palletizing system that combines an industrial or collaborative robot, dynamic pallet-pattern software and application-specific end-of-arm tooling. Operators can visualise, edit and implement pallet patterns in real time, allowing the cell to accommodate changing case mixes and load arrangements without rebuilding the control programme for every pattern.
Cases enter through an infeed conveyor and the robot constructs the load layer by layer. The tooling can also be configured to handle pallets, slip sheets or tier sheets, while completed loads leave through an outfeed for downstream wrapping or transport. StackOrder can interface with upstream and downstream equipment as part of a larger warehouse line, and mixed-load logic places heavier items lower in the pallet while reserving upper positions for smaller, lighter products.
