Beverage Palletizing System
About
About Beverage Palletizing System
Bastian Solutions’ Beverage Palletizing System is a paired robotic installation for stacking packaged beverage bundles. The demonstrated configuration uses two separate palletizing cells, each with one robot assigned to a packaging line. Each system is rated to palletize as many as 35 bundles per minute, coupling the robot and its end-of-arm tooling to the line’s required pallet style and build pattern.
The two-cell layout moves finished multipacks from packaging into ordered pallet loads for downstream handling. Bastian designed the installation to reduce the floor area required for palletizing and to reduce secondary packaging, while preserving separate service to each production line. The wider platform can be configured around different infeed and discharge arrangements, product formats and pallet patterns. This beverage installation is a dual-line system whose two robotic cells work as part of the surrounding packaging and pallet-transport process.
