CS625

CS625 is Elite Robots’ six-axis collaborative arm with a 25 kg payload and 1,500 mm reach. It carries more load over a shorter radius than CS620, serving palletizing, machine tending and other configured handling cells. The 58 kg arm provides ±0.08 mm repeatability and IP65 protection, with IP68 available as an option. Its 2025 datasheet gives a typical TCP speed of 2.0 m/s.

Separate wrist connections provide configurable tool I/O and a 24 V, 5 A supply for higher-power end effectors. The standard controller and optional OEM controller support different installation packages. Operators can use the ERP400 touchscreen pendant or the ERP400S version with additional controls and a three-position enabling key. Python scripting, graphical programming and hand-guided teaching support application setup; the complete palletizing cell also needs suitable tooling and safeguards.
