EC612

EC612 is Elite Robots’ six-axis collaborative robot arm with a 12 kg payload and 1,304 mm reach. The 33.5 kg arm provides ±0.05 mm repeatability and a typical TCP speed of 1.5 m/s. It can mount at any angle and has IP54 protection for factory automation cells.

An ERP300 teaching pendant provides an eight-inch touchscreen and a three-position enabling key. Integrators can choose the standard AC/DC cabinet or a smaller Mini DC controller. The wrist supplies 24 V power, digital and analogue I/O, and RS485 communication for tools; the controller exchanges signals with machines through Ethernet and Modbus. Lua scripting, hand-guided teaching and offline programming provide different routes to configuring a cell.
