About CRX-30iA Food Grade

CRX-30iA Food Grade is FANUC's six-axis collaborative robot for packaging, palletising and handling in food-production environments. It carries 30 kilograms across 1,889 mm with ±0.05 mm repeatability. NSF-H1 grease, white epoxy paint and corrosion-resistant plating address sanitation-oriented installations, while IP67 protection covers the body, wrist and J3 arm.

Collaborative motion is listed to 1,000 mm/s, with a 2,000 mm/s high-speed mode available under the appropriate safeguarded configuration. Floor, angled and inverted mounting options support different line layouts. Food-grade materials do not remove the need to validate the gripper, product-contact surfaces, cleaning regime, payload and complete cell safety.
