Figure 03

About

About Figure 03

Figure 03 is Figure AI’s third-generation humanoid robot, built around the Helix vision-language-action system for household and commercial tasks. The redesign adds new cameras and hands, palm-mounted close-range vision, wireless charging, softer exterior materials, improved audio and battery-safety changes.

Figure reported producing more than 350 Figure 03 units at BotQ by April 2026 and increasing output from one robot per day to one per hour. The company demonstrated Figure 03 in a BMW logistics workflow in June 2026 and continues household task development, while general customer availability remains limited.

Timeline

  • Figure 03 passes nine days of continuous treadmill testing

2026-10-19 - Demonstration - The test uses an external power connection, so the duration does not measure battery endurance. CEO Brett Adcock said the robot was still running when he shared the October 19 update.

  • Figure reports manufacture of 1,000th Figure 03 humanoid

2026-07-23 - Production Milestone - The milestone robot used a commemorative gold finish instead of the standard production livery. The cumulative count followed approximately 350 robots in late April and an announced production cadence of one robot per hour. Figure 03’s manufacturing design used die casting, injection moulding, metal injection moulding and stamping.
