About Enlight
Enlight is Flexiv's seven-axis adaptive robot for contact-rich industrial work and constrained manipulation. Whole-body force sensing is specified to 0.1 newton accuracy, with a five-kilogram payload, 752 mm reach and ±0.05 mm pose repeatability. Four joints provide 720-degree rotation, giving planners additional ways to approach a workpiece or move around obstacles.
The ORION control hub coordinates multiple arms, while the 15-kilogram, IP65-rated arm can be configured for processes where force regulation matters, including surface contact and delicate handling. Actual task performance depends on tooling, sensing, workpiece variation and the programmed force strategy. Integrators must establish safe limits and verify the full application; force control alone does not prove an unattended workflow.

- Flexiv announces Enlight and MICO international launch at Automate 2026
2026-06-15 - Product Launch - The planned unveiling was scheduled for 3 p.m. on the opening day at Flexiv’s Automate booth 2844. Enlight combines seven-axis force sensing, a 15 kg body and four joints with 720-degree rotation for contact-rich manipulation. MICO pairs two Enlight arms under a shared controller and was announced in Armor, Core, Plus and Ultra configurations.
