About FH-R150
FH-R150 uses a granulate-filled circular pad that moulds around the workpiece when pressed against it. Applying vacuum locks the granules together and stiffens the pad, creating a broad contact surface across flat, curved, porous and irregular objects.
The pad measures 150 millimetres in diameter and provides approximately 65 millimetres of forming depth with a maximum published gripping force of 80 newtons. Tool-free pad replacement supports maintenance and material changes. Applications include automated handling, clamping and fixture-free positioning in production and logistics.
