Dasheng 1 (SG100)
About
About Dasheng 1 (SG100)
Dasheng 1 (SG100) uses four fingers and 11 active degrees of freedom to provide multiple grasp configurations within one industrial end effector. Its mechanism can shift among precision, long-stroke, four-finger and opposed-finger arrangements, allowing one hand to adapt its contact geometry across differently sized and shaped objects without an external tool change.
The SG100 has repeat positioning accuracy of up to 0.03 millimetres and a maximum whole-hand payload of 24 kilograms in its strongest grasp configuration. Launch demonstrations paired the hand with robot arms and showed it handling small rigid parts, compliant packages and irregular objects. The combination targets flexible picking, transfer and machine-tending cells where grip configuration and payload requirements vary between workpieces.
