Seaeye Leopard

Saab Seaeye Leopard is an electric work-class remotely operated vehicle rated to 2,000 metres, with a 3,000-metre option. The 1,200-kilogram vehicle uses eight horizontal and three vertical thrusters, producing 500 kgf forward thrust and speeds above 3.6 knots. Payload capacity is 240 kilograms at 2,000 metres or 215 kilograms at 3,000 metres.

An open payload chassis accepts tooling, survey and navigation sleds, while a 1,000-kilogram through-frame lift supports intervention work. Options include paired manipulators, cutting, grinding, water jetting, dredging, ultrasonic inspection and high-resolution imaging. Leopard can free-swim or operate with tether-management systems, and an onshore piloting station supports remote control over long-distance communications. Customer deployments include pipeline inspection in strong shallow-water currents and more than 750 reported dives by one operator.
