About L1

L1 is a wheeled dual-arm robot developed for moving and positioning industrial loads. Its mobile base provides stable travel between work areas, while the upper body supplies human-scale reach and force-controlled handling. Demonstrations show the platform travelling on slopes with a 20-kilogram load and recovering its balance after external disturbance.

The robot can lift and place objects at elevated positions and regulate contact force while transporting them. Moon Dynamics is targeting factory and logistics workflows involving line-side material supply, container movement and transfer between stations. L1 remains a prototype undergoing industrial evaluation.
