About Gemini 305
Gemini 305 is Orbbec’s compact stereo depth camera for wrist-mounted perception on cobots and humanoid arms. An 18-millimetre stereo baseline supports a four-to-100-centimetre operating range, with an ideal seven-to-50-centimetre range and sub-millimetre accuracy at 15 centimetres. Depth streams reach 1,280 by 800 at 30 frames per second.
The 68-gram enclosure measures 42 by 42 by 23 millimetres and carries IP54 protection when used with the secured ingress-protected USB cable. Global-shutter colour imaging, hardware and software synchronisation, and external triggering run through USB Type-C. Its short minimum range and 88-by-65-degree depth field of view are designed for recognition, grasping and hand-eye coordination close to a robot tool.

2026-01-07 - Product Launch - Gemini 305 is designed for robotic wrist mounting, with close-range stereo depth imaging for recognition and grasping. Gemini 345Lg is an IP67 rugged stereo camera designed for outdoor robots and harsh operating environments. Orbbec also announced Gemini-series compatibility with NVIDIA Jetson Thor and expanded manufacturing across China and Vietnam.
