GP200R

About

About GP200R

GP200R is a shelf-mounted six-axis industrial robot from Yaskawa Motoman for heavy machine tending, press tending and material handling. It carries up to 200 kilograms, reaches 3,140 millimetres horizontally and 4,782 millimetres vertically, and runs with the YRC1000 controller.

The elevated mounting orientation lets the arm load and unload turning, milling and grinding equipment while preserving floor space around the cell. Fast axis motion and acceleration target shorter cycles, while the large work envelope and high moment-of-inertia ratings accommodate substantial parts and tooling. A slim wrist and streamlined upper arm improve access into machines and other confined work areas; Yaskawa also lists part transfer, die casting, trimming and material removal among supported applications.
