MOTOMAN-HC35

Yaskawa Motoman HC35 is a six-axis collaborative robot launched in July 2026 for handling larger workpieces and tools. Its 35 kg wrist capacity accommodates substantial combined gripper-and-part loads. The six-axis arm spans 2,030 mm from a 270 mm-diameter base. Torque sensing at the joints supports contact monitoring, while hand guidance lets technicians position the arm during teaching.

Internal application cabling reduces external routing around the arm, although tooling and process services still require an engineered cell. The robot's high payload expands the workpiece and gripper combinations available to integrators. Safe operation depends on the fitted tool, carried load, programmed speed, separation measures and application risk assessment.
