  Guidance Marine will join Hexagon’s NovAtel Positioning Division within Autonomous Solutions after closing, which is expected by the end of 2026. The Leicester company generated approximately €22 million of revenue in 2025 and serves customers in more than 40 countries. Its radar, laser, vision and microwave sensors provide relative vessel position and integrate with all major dynamic-positioning systems.
