AERIUM acquires Clear Flight Solutions assets
AERIUM Analytics acquired all assets of Clear Flight Solutions B.V. through its wholly owned Netherlands subsidiary.

AERIUM Analytics develops and operates drone-based wildlife management, remote sensing and geospatial services for airports, agriculture, energy and mining. Its bio-inspired RoBird flapping-wing aircraft mimics a peregrine falcon to deter birds without harm, while the wider stack covers LiDAR, thermal, multispectral and infrastructure inspection. The Calgary company has conducted more than 10,000 operational flights in regulated environments.
