Honeywell completed its acquisition of Civitanavi Systems on August 19, 2024. Honeywell's filing records total consideration of $200 million net of cash acquired for the navigation, stabilisation and resilient-positioning company.

Honeywell Aerospace completed its acquisition of Civitanavi Systems, adding European inertial navigation, stabilisation and resilient positioning technology to its autonomous-operations portfolio.

Its products support resilient navigation, flight control, pointing and vehicle stabilisation across air, land and naval domains.
