About VectorNav

VectorNav Technologies, LLC was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. It designs and manufactures compact inertial measurement units, attitude and heading reference systems, and GNSS-aided inertial navigation systems for aerospace, defence, industrial and autonomous platforms. Its portfolio spans industrial and tactical devices, combining calibrated inertial sensors, onboard estimation algorithms and configurable interfaces for motion, attitude and position sensing.

VectorNav states that more than 100,000 units have been fielded for over 5,000 customers across more than 60 countries. Products are designed, manufactured, calibrated and tested at its AS9100-certified Dallas operation, which the company said was producing tens of thousands of units annually in March 2026. A 100,000-square-foot Dallas-Fort Worth facility acquired in 2025 is intended to expand high-volume production and research capacity.

For robotics and autonomous systems, VectorNav modules provide localisation, navigation, stabilisation and resilient position, navigation and timing. Current development includes high-G Tactical Series configurations and LEO-satellite aiding for navigation when GNSS is degraded or denied.
