FORT Robotics signs proposed $556.6M SPAC combination

FORT Robotics signed a definitive business-combination agreement with Newbury Street II Acquisition Corp that would take FORT public on Nasdaq under the proposed ticker FROB.

A public listing would give a robotics-safety infrastructure vendor substantial expansion capital, while the transaction remains conditional and unclosed.

  • The proposed transaction values the combined company at a $556.6 million pro forma enterprise value and FORT at a $500 million pre-money equity value.

FORT Robotics develops safety, security and control infrastructure for robots, autonomous machines and physical AI systems. Its platform combines endpoint controllers, wireless stop commands, remote control, secure communications and supervised autonomy tooling.
