About ugo
ugo Platform manages multiple robots through remote control, no-code automation, route creation and report generation. The company’s existing ugo Pro and ugo mini systems serve inspection, patrol and customer-facing work in facilities including plants, offices, airports and commercial buildings.
The new ugo Nova combines a mobile base, dual arms and onboard AI compute for manipulation and collection of real-world training data. ugo Physical AI Fabric adds a teleoperation data kit, data-collection service and model-development support around the hardware. Nova is at the announced development stage, with Japanese mass production targeted for 2027; the existing inspection and service lines are already in use.

The company reports about ¥5 billion in cumulative financing, including the new borrowing. Proceeds will support autonomous-decision models, domestic robot development and production, and data-enabled physical-AI services. ugo says its mini robot exceeded 100 cumulative shipments in March 2026, while Nova was announced in September.
