Alsontech’s camera range includes binocular laser and structured-light systems for reflective, dark and irregular industrial objects. The camera creates a three-dimensional point cloud, while the vision software recognises the target, estimates its pose and supplies a pick or placement position to the robot.

The UR+ package connects this workflow directly to Universal Robots through application software and calibrated camera support. Integrators use it for bin picking, palletising, depalletising, loading, assembly and machine tending without developing the complete three-dimensional perception stack themselves.
