About Cobot Lift
Cobot Lift adds a powered lifting stage to collaborative robots for heavier pick-and-place and palletising work. The system combines a Universal Robots UR10, crane structure, vacuum tube and pump with control software, raising handled loads from the robot's native ten kilograms to as much as 45 kilograms. Vacuum, mechanical, electric or magnetic end effectors can be selected for sacks, boxes, buckets and other products.
Stationary versions serve fixed production positions, while the mobile system integrates the robot, controller, lift and crane on an 80-by-100-centimetre base that can be relocated between tasks. The URCap interface handles setup and pallet-layer configuration in Polyscope. Typical installations support palletising, depalletising and machine-side material movement with up to 1.4 metres of reach and approximately 1.6 metres of stacking height, subject to the product and cell layout.
