Pickit develops 3D robot-vision hardware, software and lifecycle services for flexible automation. Pickit packages cameras, processors and recognition software into a system that finds parts and sends grasp poses to supported robot brands. The platform covers random and structured bin picking, depalletising, assembly, surface treatment and inline measurement, with an education kit and deployment support for integrators.

Pickit’s flexible cell uses multiple robots, each carrying a Zivid 2+ MR60 camera, while Pickit’s vision platform merges the detections for high-accuracy car-body localization. The application is designed for sealing large vehicle bodies, doors and trunks across multiple car models without relying on fixed mechanical fixtures. Zivid reports stable 24/7 operation, infrequent recalibration and replication across factories on multiple continents, turning the setup into a repeatable production solution.
