About MBO Postpress Solutions
MBO develops folding, delivery and palletising systems for work after printing. CoBo-Stack receives stacks of signatures, brochures or other finished products from the delivery table and uses a collaborative arm to place them onto one or two pallets. The 10i configuration handles stacks up to 6 kg as standard or 8 kg optionally, with throughput reaching roughly 300 or 260 stacks per hour respectively.
An operator enters the product and pallet dimensions, deposit height and stacking pattern through the control interface. The mobile system can then be repositioned behind another folding, stitching or binding line. MBO also offers the higher-capacity CoBo-Stack 30i for heavier postpress output. Within Komori Group, MBO supplies the robot as part of a wider print-finishing workflow.
