ONExia combines custom machine design, precision positioning and machine vision with the integration of complete robotic cells. Its engineering work spans system manufacture and implementation, including packaging processes that assemble boxes, pack products and stack completed cases. The business now presents its automation offering under Doosan Robotics Americas, while continuing to list its established palletizer families.
Those families use different robot platforms: PalletizUR incorporates Universal Robots, PalletizCRX uses Fanuc’s collaborative range, and PalletizHD uses Doosan equipment. This sits alongside custom machines and contract manufacturing services for customers whose process requires additional engineering. The company’s role therefore includes the equipment surrounding the arm and the sequence linking individual operations into an end-of-line installation.

ONExia showed three palletizers, a case erector and a case packer at the event. The event was described as an early North American show-floor appearance for the UR30. The event adds operating or commercial context for warehouse automation and material-handling robotics.
