About Birdon Group
Birdon Group designs, builds, integrates and supports maritime systems for defence, government and industrial customers from operations in Australia and the United States. Its work spans vessel engineering, shipbuilding, sustainment and full asset-lifecycle services, backed by more than 600 vessels delivered worldwide.
Birdon is applying this engineering base to uncrewed surface vessels. In September 2026 it began construction of an initial Medium Unmanned Surface Vessel tranche in New Orleans, acting as prime contractor, design authority and systems integrator while C&C Marine provides vessel production and Mythos AI supplies the autonomy layer.
