About HonuWorx
HonuWorx is developing Loggerhead, an all-electric uncrewed subsea vehicle intended to transport, launch, recover and support intervention-class robots without a large surface vessel overhead. The vehicle is paired with HonuNet, a cloud-to-edge communications and control layer designed to maintain supervision, mission data and coordination across persistent underwater operations.
The operating model replaces project-by-project vessel mobilisation with a resident or rapidly deployed robotic capability for inspection, surveillance and maintenance. Energy, defence and critical-infrastructure customers would task subsea missions from shore, while the system moves tools and sensors to the worksite and returns data through the network. HonuWorx is still developing and demonstrating this architecture rather than operating a mature global service fleet, with commercialisation focused on offshore environments where vessel cost, availability and emissions dominate intervention economics.
