About Cosmic Robotics
Cosmic Robotics’ Cosmic-1 is an autonomous heavy-lift manipulator designed for repetitive construction work. The platform combines a mobile base, large robotic arm, perception and task software so it can move materials and tools across active sites. Initial deployments have focused on utility-scale solar construction, where the machine assists with repeated panel-handling and installation work.
The company reports that early systems have supported tens of thousands of solar-panel installations and increased crew productivity on selected projects. It is extending the same heavy-manipulation architecture into data-centre construction and holds a NASA programme for lunar building applications. Cosmic develops the robot, autonomy and construction workflow as one integrated system for solar-site installation.
