AUAR's MicroFactory is a deployable robotic production cell for manufacturing timber wall, floor and roof panels close to a homebuilder's projects. MasterBuilder software processes drawings into production data, sequencing and quality checks before the unit arrives. AUAR commissions the system in hours, supplies the operator and delivers panel packs ready for installation.
The commercial model charges for output and removes the need for a factory purchase or in-house robotics team. A MicroFactory can move between plots and sites as a builder's pipeline changes. AUAR reports that one unit can produce the panels for a typical home in eight hours, while project design, usage levels and the operating schedule are assessed before deployment.
