Founded in 1997 and based in Rostock, Germany, Innomar Technologie develops parametric acoustic systems that image sediment layers and objects beneath the seafloor. NORBIT acquired the company in 2024, adding sub-bottom profiling to its marine-technology portfolio. Innomar combines transducers, electronics, positioning interfaces and processing software in product families configured for coastal, offshore and deep-water survey.
