About Intermap Technologies
Intermap produces elevation and terrain products using airborne interferometric synthetic-aperture radar, satellite information and other geospatial inputs. Radar collection can operate through cloud, smoke and darkness, while the company’s processing systems convert the measurements into digital surface models, terrain models and application-specific geospatial layers.
NEXTMap datasets support aviation, telecommunications, insurance, infrastructure and defence planning. NEXTView provides certified terrain information for flight operations, while terrain-matching software gives autonomous systems a positioning reference when satellite navigation is unavailable or unreliable. Intermap supplies licensed datasets, processing software and managed mapping programmes.

Saudi users gain marketplace access to Intermap digital terrain and digital surface models across large geographic areas. The datasets support infrastructure routing, flood analysis, urban planning, energy-site assessment and environmental work. NSG UP42 integrates the elevation services into a sovereign Earth-observation marketplace aligned with national geospatial development.

The cloud service combines satellite imagery with Intermap elevation data to correct terrain and sensor distortions automatically. Users can order analysis-ready orthorectified outputs through UP42 without building a separate processing workflow. The launch extends Intermap's terrain-processing stack into a repeatable commercial-space data service.

The award is Intermap's third contract supporting alternative navigation technologies. Intermap will provide 3D geospatial data, terrain intelligence, engineering expertise and operational capabilities. The program is aimed at navigation solutions for military, aerospace and autonomous systems operating where GPS is unavailable, degraded, denied or disrupted.

The LIFE offering issued 2,957,000 common shares at C$2.25 for C$6,653,250 in gross proceeds. A concurrent placement issued 2,047,225 shares at the same price for C$4,606,256.25 in gross proceeds. The combined proceeds were designated for operations, government-program execution and near-term working capital.

Intermap and cloudeo agreed to supply NEXTView terrain data to Skyroads. The data supports automated airspace management, urban-air-mobility route planning and vehicle guidance. Skyroads uses the geospatial layer as part of its airspace and autonomy infrastructure rather than an aircraft-production programme.
