About NXTBot
NXTBot develops autonomous towing robots for moving carts, bins and pallet trolleys through factories and warehouses. The vehicle uses SLAM navigation to work in tight, shared spaces and automatically attaches to existing loads through QuickDock or MultiGrip mechanisms, reducing the need to modify a mixed cart fleet.
Each robot can tow up to 800 kilograms at speeds up to 1.3 metres per second and uses rapid wireless charging between missions. Mission Control assigns multi-stop pickup and delivery workflows, provides fleet maps and dashboards, and connects to doors, sensors, warehouse-management and manufacturing-execution systems through APIs. Tablet interfaces also coordinate handovers where people load or receive carts.
