onsemi supplies power, sensing, motor-control and connectivity semiconductors used throughout robots and autonomous machines. Image sensors support camera perception, silicon-carbide and power modules manage efficient traction and charging, and motor-control devices drive actuators in mobile and industrial systems.
The company provides components, reference designs and engineering tools to equipment manufacturers rather than a complete robot. Its sensors power parts of AutoX's Gen5 robotaxi perception stack, and an internal autonomous-mobile-robot demonstrator combines onsemi subsystems with NVIDIA Jetson computing and ROS. Manufacturing and application support span automotive, industrial and energy markets.

Interleaved HDR captures multiple exposure levels within one frame readout to reduce motion artifacts associated with multi-frame HDR. VCM autofocus adjusts focus electronically as working distance changes. The 13-megapixel GigE Vision camera targets machine inspection, robotics and outdoor traffic monitoring.
