About SICC
SICC develops and manufactures silicon carbide single-crystal substrates, including conductive and semi-insulating products for power electronics and microwave communications. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Jinan, the company has expanded production across Shandong and Shanghai and reports volume delivery of large-diameter wafers.
Its substrates are upstream materials used by semiconductor manufacturers to fabricate high-voltage, high-efficiency devices. SICC is listed on the Shanghai STAR Market and Hong Kong Stock Exchange. For robotics, the relevant boundary is power-conversion hardware: SiC substrates can feed devices used in industrial drives, charging and mobile-platform electrical systems, while SICC does not manufacture robots.
