About Forge Robotics
Forge Robotics is developing container-sized autonomous production modules for metal fabrication. A logistics module identifies incoming parts and routes them on pallets; a sub-millimetre scanner creates an as-built digital twin and checks it against CAD; and configurable production modules use that geometry to plan welding, machining, fastening or finishing paths.
Autonomous guided vehicles transfer workpieces between modules, allowing each part to follow its own process sequence. Laser engraving adds serialisation, and final scanning generates traceable quality records before shipment. Vision-guided control is designed to compensate for part variation without teach-pendant programming or dedicated fixtures. The modular architecture lets a factory add process cells and transport capacity incrementally instead of rebuilding a fixed line.
